Welcome to the Baking & Gastronomy Institute of Ghana (BGIG). By enrolling in any of our online courses, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Course Enrolment
Enrolment grants the registered student access to the purchased course for the period specified at the time of purchase. Access is intended solely for the registered student and may not be transferred or shared.
2. Payments
All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted. Payments are securely processed through our authorised payment providers.
3. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated, course fees are non-refundable once course access has been granted. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
4. Intellectual Property
All videos, recipes, lesson materials, photographs, downloads, certificates, and other course content remain the intellectual property of BGIG.
Students may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, sell, upload, or share any course material without prior written permission from BGIG.
5. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to participate respectfully and use the course materials responsibly.
For children’s courses, a parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the child during baking activities and ensuring appropriate kitchen safety.
6. Certificates
Certificates of Completion are awarded only after all required lessons, assignments, and assessment requirements have been successfully completed.
BGIG reserves the right to withhold certification where course requirements have not been met.
7. Course Updates
BGIG may update or improve course content at any time to enhance the learning experience.
8. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide accurate instruction, BGIG shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, allergic reaction, or other incident arising from the preparation or consumption of recipes or the use of course materials.
Students are responsible for following all safety instructions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
